Fill out the form on https://dpsresource.com/get-started and make sure you upload your driver’s license, proof of address where you live now and input your www.smartcredit.com/dps user name (your email address) and password

STEP 3

Put Credit Fix for Agents name on the form and if there are any special instructions put in the notes section. Make sure you e-sign in the two yellow boxes and submit both signatures below the boxes.

One signature after you fill out the Service Agreement information and upload your photos, click Submit Service Agreement. Make sure you receive this “Thank you for your message.
